If you are having your tiles professional fitted then your fitter will normally provide the quantities you will need to complete your project, Otherwise you can simply measure your room out and bring us the information and we can work it all out for you.

Just remember to ask your fitter if they have included enough for wastage

Of Course you are welcome to come and collect your tiles during opening hours but for bigger or heavier orders we are able to deliver free of charge to any CO postcode at a time and day that suits you.

The vast majority of order arrive in 3-5 working days however for time sensitive projects we have the ability to order overnight to arrive the next working day (subject to cut-off times) for a one off delivery charge.

We can accept all major credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, Paypal, direct bank transfers and cash, but we can not accept American Express

Shipping & Returns

We order all of your tiles personally for you and your project, Therefore we are unable to accept any returns. However any tiles purchased from our stock in store can be returned within 28 days

In the rare situation that any tiles are damaged we will provide replacements.

Not at all, Your order arrives at our showroom first where we can check it and store it until you are ready for it. Then we will deliver it to you at a time and day that suits you.
